Vegan banana bread recipe
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 60ml neutral oil (I use canola oil), 100 ml soy milk, 100ml maple syrup, 180g whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius
1. In a big bowl mash the bananas and add in oil, milk and maple syrup.
2. In an other, smaller bowl mix flour and baking powder. Then stir the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
3. Grease a baking dish, pour in the batter and bake for 35 minutes.
4. Take it out of the oven, let cool down for some minutes and remove it from the baking dish.
Substitutions: whole wheat flour - normal flour, maple syrup - agave nectar or brown sugar, soy milk - any other milk you like
